We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packer cum Admin to join our team. This role is a mix of packing operations and basic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow in both warehouse and office areas.
Responsibility
Packing & Operations
- Receive and check incoming inventory
- Store inventory in proper locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Create and attach labels accordingly
- Ensure orders are picked up / dropped off on time
- Manage returns process
- Fulfil orders and provide tracking numbers
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels regularlyAlert and inform supervisor if items are running lowAdministration
Manage pantry, cleaning items, and office suppliesSupport with other ad-hoc admin tasks as neededRequirements
Responsible and detail-orientedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionGood time management and organizational skillsBasic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets is a plus)Willing to handle both packing and admin tasks
