Job descriptionRelevant qualification in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of bookkeeping and small practice accounting practices
Job Scope
- Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts, including invoicing, payables, and receivables
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and other accounting documents
- Performing bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
- Adhering to all relevant accounting standards and company policies
