Company Background
Our client is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in data center infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, power converters, and micro data centers that ensure stable power supply and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production processes to meet quality, cost, and productivity targets.
- Troubleshoot design or process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA / QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and represent their needs in the field.
- Conduct experiments and tests to optimize process parameters and equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
- Oversee project quality control, including budget, schedule, and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.
Requirements
Salary Range : RM 3,500 - 8,000
