Planning Manager

Overview

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the manufacturing industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Planning Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Johor.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning : Collaborate with the production planner and operations team to streamline manufacturing schedules, minimize downtime, and secure on-time delivery.
• Material Planning : Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) to guarantee sufficient supply of raw materials, components, and packaging aligned with production needs.
• Demand & Capacity Planning : Partner with production planning, sales, and customer service teams to convert demand forecasts into practical, executable plans.
