Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
  • Prepare and serve a full range of coffee and tea beverages.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hotel F&B outlet / cafe or restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation, good multitasking skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
