Full Stack Engineer (.Net)

Overview

As an Application Developer Specialist, you will be part of the Global Custom Software Solutions team, contributing to the development of client’s core Digital Commerce platforms. You will play a key role in building scalable applications that integrate with various internal systems, enabling our global partners to seamlessly purchase and receive client’s products. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET, front-end and back-end development, and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality software solutions. Working closely with Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers, and other agile team members, you will help translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust, secure, and maintainable code. You are expected to follow best practices in software engineering, participate in code reviews, and continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for digital platforms (Customer Experience and eCommerce).
• Develop robust, scalable applications as a member of an Agile Scrum team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution by resolving bugs and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide on-call support and assist in production issue resolution as needed.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers.
• Design, write, and maintain unit tests to ensure coverage, detect regressions, and support long-term code quality as part of the development workflow.
• Participate in the rollout of new applications or features in a timely and stable manner.
• Stay up to date with evolving technologies—including AI and machine learning—and evaluate their relevance and impact.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven features (e.g., NLP, recommendation engines, semantic search) into digital solutions.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and similar AI tools to streamline development, reduce boilerplate, and increase productivity.
• Validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability, promoting responsible AI adoption.
• Continuously learn and adopt new methodologies aligned with company standards.
• Comply with internal security policies and best practices.
