Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Country Manager will oversee operations, develop and execute strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of organisational goals. Responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders, identifying market opportunities, optimising resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Country Manager will also be responsible for leading a team, driving expansion efforts, and representing the institution in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Strategic and leadership skills, including the ability to create and execute business plans and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Operational excellence, including experience in managing resources, meeting targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships, including partnerships, government liaisons, and external representatives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a results-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of the education sector, market trends, and customer-focused strategies is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in senior-level management roles, particularly in education or a similar industry, is a significant advantage.
