Information Security Engineer

Senior Consultant - TCMG at HTC Global Services

We are seeking your support to provide a resource with the capability to assist in managing activities related to our Third Party Management (TPM) system and Third Party Security Assessment (TPSA) processes. The resource will primarily function as an Information Security Engineer and will be responsible for the following tasks :

Scope of Work

• TPM Requests Management
• Handle and review TPM requests
• Determine TPSA type and next action
• Perform email communications and follow-ups
• TPSA Assessments
• Prepare TPSA application forms
• Coordinate with EY for TPSA assessments (New / Reassessments / Reverse TPSA)
• Create shared folders for EY
• Conduct due diligence and prepare related formsReview past TPSA risk reports for open issues
• Inventory & Reporting
• Update local inventory and GIS inventory (monthly)
• Maintain TPSA dashboard in PowerBI and prepare TRS Forum slides
• Publish updated dashboards and charts
