About the role
As an Associate, Consultant , you will play a critical role in helping clients enhance their workforce capabilities and drive organisational growth through digital talent and skills transformation. You will act as a strategic partner to enterprises, translating their digital priorities into actionable workforce and talent solutions, collaborating cross-functionally to design impactful programmes, and supporting commercial excellence across the organisation.
Your work will directly enable enterprises to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape by identifying skill gaps, shaping learning strategies, and orchestrating end-to-end solution delivery.
Your key responsibilities
Client Strategy and Solution Development
- Consult with clients to understand their corporate strategic digital priorities.
- Translate client needs into specific digital workforce and talent requirements that align with Excelerate’s solutions.
- Develop and create proposals based on identified client needs, collaborating with relevant internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership Support
Collaborate closely with Enterprise leaders, Client Engagement Managers, Curriculum Designers, and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure cohesive client service delivery.Serve as the commercial point person ensuring seamless communication and coordination.Collaborate closely with the Product Team to ensure the product catalogue is regularly reviewed and updated based on market feedback and strategic client needs.Organize and run internal workshops (e.g., product refreshers) for the commercial team to ensure they are equipped with up-to-date knowledge.Commercial Operations and Project Management
Lead and manage the weekly proposal meetings, ensuring proper execution by updating the agenda and informing all relevant stakeholders.Maintain internal sales process hygiene by monitoring and checking account managers on HubSpot to ensure deals transition correctly through the consulting stage.Disseminate weekly commercial news to update the entire organisation on relevant market and industry developmentsThe ideal candidate
Comes with 3+ years of experience consulting on engagements / projects with large companies and / or driving enterprise sales and growth, working directly with VP, SVP, and C-level clients at large companiesIs organized and capable of managing a robust pipeline of business development, sales, and partnership opportunitiesIs intellectually-curious, and excited by working on challenging problems and partnering with clients to solve themIs hardworking and self-motivatedIs excited by, and knowledgeable about the digital and technology landscape, especially as it relates to digital talent and skills such as software engineering, digital marketing and data scienceIs entrepreneurial and excited about the opportunity to play a leading role in a new organisation with a startup-like cultureIs an effective and compelling communicator in person and through other mediums, e.g., email and especially PowerPointWith current or previous management consulting experience (especially in digital, strategy, and / or HR topics) preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
