Job descriptionAct as the primary responder to promptly resolve technical issue within the company. Coordinate maintenance activities, which includes ensuring timely repairs and routine servicing of office equipment and facilities. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials for training programmes and events at designated venues. Ensure compliance to company policies and safety regulations. Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written Must be 25 years and above with a minimum of 3 years related experience in a similar position. Must hold a valid driving license for vehicle and motorcycle.üGood driving record with no prior and current traffic violations. Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation apps. Familiar with MS Office Suites, specifically Word and Excel applications. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess positive attitude, responsible, disciplined with good communication skills. Key Responsibilities :
1. Pool Driver & Dispatch Duties
- Pool driver for company vehicle to transport employees and guests to and from a given destination, in a safe manner.
- Managing vehicle upkeep & maintenance and ensuring timely servicing.
- Monitoring and optimising route efficiency.
- Carry out the dispatch and collection of company documents, banking documents and goods to and from designated personnel and locations.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
2. Administrative & Maintenance Support
The ideal candidate, preferably male, should possess the following criteria :
