Job Responsibilities : -⁠ ⁠Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients. -⁠ ⁠Maintain and organize records, contracts, and filing systems (both physical and digital). -⁠ ⁠Prepare documents such as quotations, invoices and letters -⁠ ⁠Monitor office supplies, liaise with vendors / service providers, and ensure office upkeep. -⁠ ⁠Support basic bookkeeping, payroll processing, HR admin tasks, and new staff onboarding. Requirements : -⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an administrative executive, office administrator, or similar role -⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -⁠ ⁠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask -⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software -⁠ ⁠Experience in an interior design or creative firm is an added advantage -⁠ ⁠Minimum diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
