Your New Role As an Accounts Payable Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Invoice Processing : Receive, verify, and enter all accounts payable invoices into the accounting system, ensuring proper authorization and coding.
• Supplier Management : Create and update supplier information in the ERP system, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Payment Execution : Prepare weekly and ad hoc payments via wires and ACH, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Expense Handling : Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Audit Support : Assist in year-end and government audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
