Job Description
Prepare and finalise financial statements, management reports and variance analysis. Review all the work done by juniors (including preparation of payments, attendance bonus, sales reports, management accounts, budgets) and ensure the completeness and accuracy.
Conduct and review weekly audit on Company Internal Key Indicators to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Involve in all financial operations and initiate process improvements such as streamlining financial operations using integrations, formulas or any AI tools.
Familiar with latest tax, regulatory and financial reporting standards and ensure compliances.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities and investors.
Supervise a small team of finance team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance.
Work closely with Finance Manager and assist in various incoming projects; IPO preparations, grants and tax incentives applications, e-invoicing, pricing strategy, budgeting, and other future projects.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and accounting standards.
Knowledgeable in e-invoicing rules and regulations is a big plus.
Proficiency in financial and accounting software.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Good ownership of financial operations, problem-solving, and decision-making.
