Job Description
As a Copywriter at Mediatropy, you will be at the heart of crafting compelling narratives and messages that resonate with audiences across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, strategists, and account managers to deliver creative copy solutions that exceed client expectations and reflect our agency's ethos. With a strong understanding of digital trends and content, you’ll bring fresh perspectives, turn complex ideas into engaging messages, and maintain the highest level of craftsmanship in every deliverable.
You’ll be a key driver in the development of campaigns, partnering with business leadership and fostering client relationships to ensure content aligns with brand strategies and objectives. In addition to working with cross-functional teams, you’ll mentor junior writers and contribute to the overall growth and innovation within the creative department.
Key Responsibilities
- Copywriting efforts for campaigns, producing engaging, innovative, and well-crafted content that aligns with the client’s objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers to bring concepts to life, ensuring consistency and creativity across visual and written communication.
- Develop creative concepts that reflect a deep understanding of brand strategy, target audience, and emerging digital trends.
- Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions, offering unique insights and fresh copy solutions that drive campaign success.
- Write across a variety of formats and media, including digital ads, social media, websites, email marketing, and video scripts.
- Ensure that all content is on-brand, error-free, and adheres to the highest standards of grammar, spelling, and readability.
- Present copy to internal teams and clients, providing a strong narrative rationale for creative choices.
- Offer constructive feedback to junior writers and support their development, helping them grow their craft and contribute meaningfully to projects.
- Stay up-to-date with digital and cultural trends, continuously refining your approach to ensure Mediatropy’s work remains relevant and engaging.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide copy solutions that meet business objectives while resonating emotionally with target audiences.
- Champion the importance of storytelling, ensuring that every piece of content delivers a clear and compelling message that pushes creative boundaries.
- Contribute to Mediatropy’s brand by upholding creative excellence, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a culture of innovation within the agency.
Requirements
