Job description

To ensure all servicing, replacements, repairs and troubleshooting work are diligently and professionally performed according to the Company's maintenance program and work schedule.

To report all abnormal findings to superior, supervisor and or engineer for further action.

To ensure that all the work performed (i.e. servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown) are accompanied by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer.

To attend as soon as reasonably possible, to all breakdown callback assignment. Priority is to be given for 'man trap' situation.

To perform other repair works as instructed by the Supervisor and or Engineer.

Maybe required for 24-hour Breakdown Callback Standby duties.

Any other duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time.

Minimum SPM, preferably with technical certificate

Basic Electrical, Electronic and or Mechanical knowledge with 1 year related experience.

Able to trouble shoot and solve technical problem will have added advantage.

Familiar with lift and escalator operation.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Results-driven and committed.

Comfortable dealing with customers.

Brings a positive, can-do attitude.
