You will play a key strategic role in building leadership capabilities, strengthening the talent pipeline, and driving a culture of learning and development. This role partners closely with business leaders to address organizational and capability needs, while leading enterprise‑wide initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness—all aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

About the Manager / Team

Reporting to the CHRO, you will be leading a team of 8.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to identify and address organizational and capability needs.
• Build leadership capabilities and strengthen the talent pipeline across the organization.
• Lead enterprise‑wide initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Align talent programs and initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent and people strategy, including competency frameworks and high‑potential talent strategies.
