- Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting
- Oversee the financial reporting process and collaborate with IFRS17 Actuarial team to prepare IFRS17 financial reporting including monthly reporting, half year and year-end financial statements.
- Prepare financial statements and statutory reporting in accordance with the relevant accounting standards, regulatory guidelines, and ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
- Prepare commentary of financial performance and business insights to senior leadership team, to support strategic decision making.
- Enhance and maintain effective control processes, governance frameworks, documentation, and ensure readiness for audit.
- Liaises with Company Secretary for board related matters, preparation of board papers and attending audit meetings.
- Act as key contact point with Prudential group finance, BSN finance team, auditor and regulator.
- Enhancement of Reporting Process, System and tools.
- Lead ongoing initiatives to enhance the efficiency of reporting processes, systems, and tools.
- Partner with Prudential group office, Actuarial, Finance and IT departments to improve data quality and drive process automation.

- Provide support for ad hoc projects that require financial reporting and analysis expertise.
