Job Summary :

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Factory Automation Internship Program, with a focus on developing next-generation factory automation systems. Interns will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that support Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and AI / ML applications within a manufacturing environment.

This role provides exposure to real-world automation challenges, including software maintenance, project support, and on-site troubleshooting. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about digital transformation and possess strong programming skills, along with a keen interest in industrial automation, IIoT, and AI / ML technologies.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and deploy software for factory automation systems.

Assist in the design and implementation of IIoT and AI / ML-driven solutions.

Support ongoing automation projects across different manufacturing domains.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Provide troubleshooting support for deployed automation systems.

Continuously improve software for existing and new products.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, design documents and project reports.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Software, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics) or a related field.

Technical Skills : Strong C# and Python programming skills, full stack web development, proven IOT / IIOT solution development shall be a strong advantage, experience with AI / ML solution development shall be a strong advantage.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication and technical presentation skills.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage assigned tasks and projects effectively.

Team Collaboration : Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
