THE ROLE :

AMD PAE team is to assist the customers for any technical support in AMD projects, and confirm the project can mass production smoothly.

THE PERSON :

Has knowledge with Notebook / AIO / Desktop / Workstation system design and issue debug. Has good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Notebook / AIO / Desktop / Workstation platform customer issues debug / support.
• Leading design reviewing process to support customer Q&A.
• Visiting customers for training / issue triage.
• Debugging issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs.
• Working closely with supporting technical teams
• Engaging in other software / hardware modeling frameworks.
