- Operate across core banking domains such as cash management, trade finance, treasury, and payment systems, serving as a solution designer or technical analyst responsible for bridging business needs with IT capabilities.
- Clarify and translate business requirements into clear, structured functional and system requirements, including end‑to‑end interaction flows, interface mappings, and data handling logic.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical delivery teams to define scalable, flexible, and high‑performing application solutions, supporting the full delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through to post‑go‑live support.
- Leverage strong technical core capabilities to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions, providing input on application architecture, including component‑level design, service orchestration, integration patterns, and data flow across systems.
- Apply a deep understanding of application design principles such as modularity, reusability, maintainability, and performance optimization when reviewing or drafting technical solutions.
- Perform impact analysis on changes to existing systems, identifying the necessary updates to application logic, middleware, and interfaces to ensure seamless integration and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Develop detailed and structured Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Technical Specifications, aligned with internal architecture frameworks, security guidelines, and infrastructure requirements.
- Contribute to the definition of non‑functional requirements (NFRs), including performance, scalability, availability, and security, ensuring they are addressed early in the design phase.
- Design and execute test cases and test scripts for integration and functional validation; collaborate closely with QA and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Engage in Agile delivery practices—participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to ensure transparent, iterative progress and continuous feedback.
- Support deployment planning, system cutover, and post‑go‑live activities, ensuring solution stability, integrity, and alignment with operational expectations.
