Working Hours : 24 / 7 (5 days work, 2 days OFF)
Salary : 4,500 RM (All in packages)

- Handle reservation‑related inquiries (pre‑ & post‑booking) via phone and email
- Modify or cancel bookings and manage special requests
- Act as the key liaison between guests and hotels to resolve concerns
- Deliver outstanding service while supporting hotel partners
