Corporate Italian Trainer – goFLUENT

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary

We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals who will help transform our clients’ communication skills. As a trainer, you will conduct live video lessons online for corporate employees, ranging from CEOs to specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live video training sessions to one learner or a group per session.
  • Write lesson reports documenting coverage for each session.

Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 3 years of corporate experience and / or 1 year of adult teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (oral and writing).
  • Willingness to teach video classes.
  • Comfortable using online teaching platforms.
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • Editing and / or proofreading advantage.
  • Energetic, pleasant, engaging.
  • Open‑minded and willing to learn.

    • Work and Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated quiet workspace.
  • PC or Mac (laptop or desktop).
  • Noise‑cancelling headset with microphone.
  • Webcam capability (internal or external).

    • Operating System : Minimum Requirements

  • PC or Laptop : Windows 10 or newer, or Mac (Monterey / Ventura / Sonoma).
  • Intel processor : Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or equivalent.
  • Mac Processor : MacBook Pro – M1 Chip or MacBook Air – M1 Chip.
  • 8 GB RAM or more.
  • 20 GB free disk space.
  • High‑speed Internet (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps).

    • Work Hours

  • 30 hours minimum per week.
  • Afternoon Shift / Night Shift (Paris Time).
  • Working days : any day of the week as long as the weekly hours are met.
