As a Business Development Executive, you will :
- Identify and engage new clients, architects, consultants, and corporate decision‑makers
- Generate and nurture leads through research, networking, and events
- Prepare compelling bid proposals, tender documentation, and presentations
- Achieve sales targets and report progress against objectives
- Coordinate site visits, follow‑ups, and partnerships to strengthen client relationships
