Job descriptionEnsure all procurement records are accurately filed, organized, and updated. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor market trends and propose cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Responsibilities
- Request and review quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high product quality.
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities, monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
- Ensure timely purchasing to prevent stock shortages or production line disruptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Source new suppliers and identify product alternatives when required.
- Evaluate and track supplier performance to ensure consistent standards.
