Internship, Policy Management Individual Department : Life Branch Operations

We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management Individual dept. functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.

You'll be responsible for :

• To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes / amend policyholder's request
• To perform refund for Policy Benefits / Policy Servicing
• To update document received by create service in system
• To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
• To perform of quality work - meetpany target and service standard
• Involve in projects / Campaigns
