The Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily execution of Boost Bank’s card operations, including debit / credit card issuance, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute handling. This is a hands-on role with a focus on operational accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.
- Execute end-to-end card ops (issuance, settlement, disputes).
- Ensure compliance with scheme rules & BNM guidelines.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to keep operations seamless.
- Support product rollouts and process improvements.
- Execute day-to-day card operations : issuance, activation, hotlisting, renewals, replacements.
- Process transaction settlements, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Manage chargebacks and disputes in line with scheme rules and timelines.
- Support fraud / risk monitoring activities and elevate suspicious cases.
- Work with vendors, processors, and scheme partners to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times.
- Support UAT and operational readiness for new card features or product rollouts.
- Provide backup support for ad‑hoc projects and incident handling.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related.2–4 years of hands‑on card operations experience (bank, fintech, or FI).Strong knowledge of card processes : issuance, settlement, reconciliations, chargebacks.Familiar with BNM regulations and card scheme rules (Visa / Mastercard).Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work under tight deadlines.Seniority level
