We're hiring! We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like

Assist the Regional Tax Director on the following tax reporting andpliance across APAC region.

• Monthly Cash tax forecast and reconciliation of the payable balance
• Quarterly Tax Questionnaire FIN 48 Statutory Tax Rate Provide update on Tax Law Changes - including following up on the effect of the tax law change Review full year tax forecast for Q1-Q3 for all APAC countries, and Review tax provision calculation, tax adjustments made / rule set updates in Tax Provisioning Tool (TLS)
• Project Ad Hoc - Deferred Taxes Reconciliation for each entity
• Tax Return Review & Return-to-accruals (per legal entity) Review all legal entities tax returns before it is filed with the tax office Working with local country on return-to-accruals after tax return filed and subsequently uploaded into TLS

Tax Audit Support (including CIT audit, TP audit & Indirect Tax audit)

Tax Advisory - GST, WHT & Permanent Establishment
