Requirements
- SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to meet deadlines and multitask efficiently
- Good communication skills (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in processing supplier invoices and payments.Monitor and prepare administrative expenses such as rental, utilities, staff claims and other operational costs.Prepare bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.Assist with cheque deposits and payment processing at the bank.Perform filing and organization of finance-related documents.Support month-end closing activities by ensuring accuracy in documentation.Provide general administrative assistance to the Finance team.Benefits
