Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Ops Analyst - Customer Master and Customer Service. The position is located on-site in Bayan Lepas. The Sales Ops Analyst will be responsible for managing customer master data, handling customer service inquiries, performing various sales operations tasks, and collaborating with finance and sales teams. The role also involves utilizing analytical skills to support operations and improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
- Knowledge of Excel principles
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Bachelor's Degree or above in any field.
Must be strong in Microsoft Excel and able to handle large volumes of data
