Job description

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, identify risks, and provide technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development practices
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and documented code
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products

Requirements :

2 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Java development

Proficient in object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture principles

Hands-on experience with popular Java frameworks and tools, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven

Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
