Job descriptionDevelop HR strategies aligned with business needs. Advise management on manpower planning, labor costs, and retention strategies. Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain talents. Lead recruitment drives for all required positions. Implement career progression paths and leadership development programs. Promote a positive work culture focusing on teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence. Stay abreast with the latest com & ben trend, provide advisor to Management on suitable com & ben and the cost impact. Ensure commission scheme is aligned with business goal Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly. Implement employee feedback systems to improve workplace satisfaction. Ensure compliance with labor laws, licensing requirements, and industry regulations. Maintain proper HR records and documentation for audits. Implement HR policies tailored for commission-based workforce models. Use data analytics to track manpower costs, staff performance, and turnover rates. Prepare various HR analysis reports and present to Management.
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
- Responsible and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Manage commission schemes, overtime, and incentive structures.
- Regularly review sales and work performance (KPI's) and pay scales to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements : A degree holder
Minimum 5 years work experience in Managerial role, preferably from retail industry
