Job description

Join our team to assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and compliance at the Head Office.

Your role

Key responsibilities include :

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Bank’s goals, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor policy and procedure changes and conduct regular reviews to keep them current and effective.
  • Draft policy documents, guidelines, and reports; support dissemination and implementation of policies within Human Capital Division (HCD).
  • Complete Policy, Standard Operating Procedure & User Guide documentation within timelines, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts and uploading to the DDMS portal.
  • Prepare and review proposals and presentation slides for ERMC, BRMC, BNRC, and Board meetings as applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Business Process Management team to monitor compliance, conduct audits, and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks and key governance documents for HCD.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and commitment to policy and governance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records related to policies, procedures, governance processes, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations including PDPA, AMLA, IFSA, and others.
  • Assist in managing risk management activities within Human Capital Division and promote a culture of internal control.
  • Update Muamalat Operation Risk Solution (MORiS) on Key Risk Indicators, Risk Control Self-Assessment, Business Continuity Management, and Incident Reporting.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by management for effective job realization.

About you

The company is looking for :

  • Preferably a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in the HR field.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Good verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
