Job description

Role Responsibilities

  • User Access & Compliance - Manage access controls, conduct regular reviews, and liaise with auditors to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Service Request & Incident Management - Oversee intake and resolution of user requests, monitor SLAs, and drive root-cause fixes with IT.
  • Service Performance & Metrics - Define and report on service KPIs, build dashboards, and partner with IT to enhance performance.
  • Audit & Risk Support - Provide operational support for audits, maintain control evidence, and coordinate timely remediation.
  • Change & Release Management - Support Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) upgrades and releases, ensuring smooth transitions and effective user communication.
  • Service Governance - Own SLA governance, advocate for service improvements, and ensure accountability across teams.

Role Requirement

  • A degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data operations, service management, or business / IT support.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise data warehouse environments and access management.
  • Skilled in SLA governance, performance reporting, and audit / compliance support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience in regulated industries like banking, FMCG, or healthcare.
  • Exposure to data governance, metadata, or data quality practices.
