An international FX company with global offices around the globe currently hiring for their Malaysia Office based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Highlights :

Responsibilities :

Managing and growing a portfolio of clients via email and phone calls

Handling new client leads on a daily basis

Promoting available products and services to clients

Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner

Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering

Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients

Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree (any field) or Diploma (any field)

Client handling experience in the financial services sector is considered a plus

Language requirement : English, Mandarin and Malay
