Network Diagnostics Specialist (Level 3, Mandarin Support)

to be a vital part of our dynamic Service Desk.

Your Mission

Dive into the heart of our network, providing

24 / 7 expert support (in English)

and

critical local assistance in Mandarin

to our valued customers. You’ll be the go-to guru for unraveling intricate Level 3 network mysteries, setting up cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring we consistently smash our service expectations and SLAs. Get ready to make a real impact on how the connected world operates.

Your Adventure will involve

Mastering the Network Maze :

Tackling and conquering complex incidents involving IPSEC, SSL / OpenVPN connections, VLAN configurations, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) – your expertise will be key. Collaborating with the Best :

Partnering with our Mobile Network teams to pinpoint the root causes of tricky network gremlins.

What makes you a great fit

You bring

4+ years of battle-tested networking experience

from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment. You speak the language of networks fluently and ideally hold a

CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider

level certification. You're a

Cisco command-line ninja , with mandatory experience on routers, switches, and firewalls. Your

technical and analytical skills

are legendary, allowing you to dissect complex issues with ease. You're familiar with keeping a watchful eye on networks using

Monitoring Tools like PRTG . You possess a

deep understanding of Ethernet, TCP / IP routing, policy-based routing, IPsec / SSL / OpenVPN, and VRFs . You have a proven track record of solving network problems and finding effective resolutions. You're a

consummate professional , particularly in client interactions. You're an

innovative thinker

with a positive, proactive attitude and a readiness to embrace change. You

excel in a fast-paced, agile environment , where critical thinking and sharp problem-solving are your strengths. You're a

self-starter , ready to take ownership and drive solutions.
