Job Description

Report to Business Development Manager and Section Head
To develop new business opportunities and achieve sales growth
Develop and create sales with existing customers
Handle customer exquiries, customer visits, negotiationns and follow up action
Involved in quotations and price control
Conduct product / service presentations
Assist in quality issues
Provide after sales service to clients
Promote company products and services with in existing accounts.
To contribute to profitability of the company
Develop customer relationships with existing accounts to be able to reach all levels of decision makers.
Prepare quotation based on price given by Directors / Business Development personnel.
Preperation of tender related document.
Coordinate with internal for related customer matter
To undertake other special assignments and ad-hoc related duties
Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as will as such standards,

practices and procedures instituted by the Company.

Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head to taking accountability of the effectiveness of QMS

Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head establish quality policy and objectives

Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head in promoting the used of process approcah and rish based thinking

Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head engaging, directing and supporting persones to contribute to the

effectiveness of QMS

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering background are encourage
