Sales Executive

SALES EXECUTIVE

Basic Salary Range : RM3,500 – RM3,800

Commission : Annual commission is provided, subject to performance. Initially, there will be no sales target for the first 6 months as the focus will be on network and customer contact expansion in Malaysia. KPI and commission structure will be defined based on performance.

Work Location : Remote / Work from Home (WFH)

Language Requirement : Not required to speak Mandarin. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is sufficient.

Other Requirements :

• Preferably with a background in paints and coatings
• Candidate must have a valid driving license and their own vehicle to facilitate customer visits
• The hiring manager will be travelling to Kuala Lumpur monthly to support and meet with customers
• Most customers are located in Shah Alam, with some also based in Penang and other states
• Company will cover travel expenses (flights, hotel, meals) for outstation trips
• Potential to be absorbed into a permanent position based on performance
