Operation Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operation Assistant to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial and administrative operations organized and accurate. Your Role : What You'll Do

• Support Operation Team to arrange tour bookings.
• Enter invoices correctly and make sure the amounts match the right booking.
• Check costs for each project to help the team know if we are making a profit.
• Keep records of supplier contracts, price lists, and invoices organized.

Look for ways to help the company save costs and earn more profit (GP).

Any ad hoc duties assigned
