Menara Etiqa, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Hours :Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
Nearest transport :LRT Bangsar (2-min walk via connecting bridge)
Salary & Benefits

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, especially in insurance and related industries.Drive outreach through cold calling, networking, and direct engagement.Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships.Conduct market research to spot trends and expansion opportunities.Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes.Roll up your sleeves to close tough deals, support campaigns, and hit ambitious targets.What We're Looking For
Proven experience inbusiness development, sales, or partnership management
(insurance background is a plus).
Hands-on sales experience : cold calling, lead generation, and closing.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.Self-starter with a"no excuses" attitude
