What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- At least 5 years of related HR experience, preferably gained in recruitment
- Highly-adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Service oriented with strong time management skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
What you'll be doing on the job
Partner and work closely with hiring functions and business managers.Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the hiring requirementsTake charge of recruitment initiatives , implement those initiatives and track the Return-On-Investment .Perform the full cycle of the selection and hiring process which includes sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates from the various platforms and channels i.e. job portal, candidate referrals, career fair etc.Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely mannerExecute and deliver day-to-day recruitment activities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met / exceeded
