Overview

Hiring Full-Time Media Buyer / Paid Advertiser Executive

We are looking for a paid advertiser that understands what it takes to create compelling offers, impressionable marketing angles, and understands consumer behaviors when it comes to conversion driven ads.

Requirements

Proficient in English and Mandarin
Minimum 2 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of campaign objectives (Traffic, Conversions, Leads, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with pixel / event tracking (e.g. Meta Pixel & Conversions API)
Familiar with A / B testing, ad optimization & scaling strategies

Ability to analyse data at a micro, and a macro level

Creative thinking

Attention to detail

Time management

Adaptability

Team collaboration

Communication skills

Receptive to feedback

Minimum 2 years experience in running paid ads
