Digital Marketing Executive

The Role :

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various digital channels.

Main Responsibilities :

• Strategize, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly campaign calendars, funnel strategies, and advertisement creative briefs aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily — track, analyze and report on key KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Propose media budgets, split tests (A / B), and audience segmentation strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and new ad platform features.
• Ideate and execute campaigns including seasonal promotions, product launches, retargeting efforts, and always-on awareness ads.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to tailor creatives and messaging to targeted audiences.
• Contribute to cross-channel digital marketing strategies, including landing page optimization and funnel performance.
• Manage social platforms and support organic content planning when necessary.
• Ensure continuous review and refinement of campaign strategies based on analytics and changing trends.
