Requirements
- Diploma / Degree Students in Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Gen Z or young millennial vibe (we're looking for someone who gets the audience!)
- Presentable, confident in front of camera, or able to direct others who are.
- Hands-on experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, etc.)
- Passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and social engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms & content types that perform well.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and photos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and memes to create timely and viral content.Write compelling captions and copy that match our brand tone.Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and content calendar.Showcase behind-the-scenes, product highlights, team culture, and customer experiences.Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and suggest improvements.Attend content shoots, store events, or promotional campaigns when needed.Benefits
