Responsibilities

Handle customers’ enquiries and requests promptly.
Manage and service existing and new clients.
Process all travel arrangements for customers.
Achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, self-motivated, confident, and pleasant.

PC skills – online research, Word, Excel.

Team player, quick learner, patient & attentive.

Customer service oriented.

Able to travel around Malaysia by car for sales visits.

Experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive.

Additional Requirements

You must be able to speak Japanese and / or other languages. We are especially looking for guides who speak Japanese as well as one of the following languages : English, Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog.
