Procurement Executive

Responsibilities : - -Sourcing, negotiating, comparing, and analysing materials and services to be purchased, and evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure in line with the technical specification and commercial terms required -Be in-charge of daily procurement processes such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules -Evaluate vendor's performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices -Ensure all procurement processes and documents are following company policies and well documented -Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior -Adhere to ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 and ISO 45001 : 2018 requirement and best practices in procurement -Taking overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the HSE management system and prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as the provision of environmentally friendly, safe and healthy workplace and activities [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-pmb-technology-berhad-job-procurement-executive]

What are we looking for : - -Minimum Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field of study with at least 5-6 years of experience in related field -Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with vendor from China -Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, pride in performance and its impact on Company's success -A well-organized individual, independent, self-starter, result-oriented, thorough with strong interpersonal skills
