Key Account Manager

Company Background :

Our client is a well-established FMCG (Food & Beverage) distribution company, looking for Key Accounts Manager to join their team, based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Key Responsibilites :

• Manage and grow sales with existing accounts
• Develop and implement account plans and promotional activities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers to strengthen business partnerships
• Monitor, track, and analyse sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and market trends
• Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations
• Manage product listings, new product launches, and trade marketing activities within key accounts
• Address and resolve operational issues, including stock-outs, delivery challenges, and in-store execution gaps

Requirements：

Working hours :  Mon - Fri (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm) & Sat (9 : 00am - 1 : 00pm)

Salary Package : RM 7,000 - RM 10,000 (Probation 6 months)
