Senior Associate IT Support

In This Role You Will :

• Execute and fulfi l end user's access, device and network related issues and provide solutions quickly to ensure productivity is not impacted
• Facilitate and resolve operational tools related issues / escalations from end-users within the agreed SLA.
• Facilitate queries from other departments to ensure the correct steps are taken to achieve their goals with minimal risks and impact to the company's operation while complying to company and IT audit regulations.
• Prepare and share necessary documentation for processes and procedures which can be used as an easy reference by end users.
• Maintain control measures when and where needed to ensure compliance to regulations (PCI-DSS / RMiT).
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
