Governments and road construction companies worldwide face rising costs, aging infrastructure, declining bitumen performance, and stricter demands to deliver longer-lasting roads aster, cheaper, and greener with outdated materials.

At VELETON, we bring polymer technologies with full on-site technological support that extend pavement life 3-4× and cut lifecycle costs dramatically. We are now entering 90 new markets and seeking one Strategic Partner per country a highly respected national leader in the road-construction sector, capable of influencing key infrastructure decisions and guiding national-level adoption of more effective technologies.

We are currently seeking national leaders who can influence modernization and adoption of advanced road-construction technologies.

Global regions : Middle East & North Africa, Asia & Pacific, Caucasus, Latin America, Europe.

Individuals only — a respected national leader with 15+ years of executive experience in governmental road-construction management (ministries, state agencies, or national road authorities).

• Deep understanding of the national road system laws, technical standards, budgeting, and institutional structure.
• Proven influence within the national road-construction sector to drive modernization and adoption of advanced, more efficient technologies.
• At least 30% availability for strategic project work (not a full-time official).
• Fluent in English, Ukrainian, or Russian (C1+).
• Motivated by impact and legacy focused on long-term transformation of national infrastructure.

There is no fixed salary or retainer. Compensation is directly linked to results and performance in your country, in the form of a percentage of the company’s revenue generated through your market activity.
