Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Pharmacy Assistant located in Semenyih. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of prescriptions, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette. Day‑to‑day tasks will include interacting with customers, organizing and managing pharmacy stock, and supporting the pharmacy team in various operational activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in managing prescription preparations and pharmacy operations
• Proficiency in maintaining inventory and stock management
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries
• Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
• A high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in Pharmacy or related fields are beneficial
