Senior PHP Backend Developer (Work from Home)

Job descriptionFluent in Mandarin and to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates (流利的普通话，需要与普通话团队成员沟通) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields (IT相关专业本科及以上学历) 5+ years of backend development experience, gaming industry experience is a plus! (5年以上后端开发经验，有游戏行业经验优先) Strong PHP skills, proficient in the Swoole framework (PHP 基础扎实，熟练掌握 Swoole 框架) Deep knowledge of MySQL with database optimization expertise (熟悉 MySQL，具备数据库优化能力，能优化慢查询 SQL) Experience with Redis & caching techniques (熟悉 Redis，有一定的缓存应用经验) Familiar with message queues - RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pulsar (掌握 RabbitMQ / Kafka / Pulsar 等消息队列之一) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills (良好的沟通能力 & 团队合作精神，责任心强) Must have full working rights in Malaysia / Malaysian only（仅限马来西亚公民） 100% Work from Home or Site! Your Role / 你的职责：
- Analyze game platform backend function requirements & design technical solution (分析 游戏平台后端功能需求，设计技术解决方案)
- Develop & maintain high-performance backend systems (开发 & 维护 高性能后端系统，确保平台稳定高效运行)
- Ensure code quality by setting coding standards & best practices (规范代码质量，制定编码标准 & 最佳实践)
- Optimize performance to enhance user experience (优化系统性能，不断提升用户体验)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation (跨团队合作，推动产品创新)
